We will do everything to make sure your rental experience is a success and that you will have a great time. In order to ensure that you know exactly what our (and your) responsibilities are, please read the following policies carefully before using the https://moto4fun.com/ website (the “Service”) operated by Moto4Fun SL (“us”, “we”, or “our”).


Rental Deposit and Cancellation Policy

Upon reservation, a deposit is required in order to hold a motorcycle. The amount of deposit varies depending on the length of rental and represents 25% of the total rental cost.

This deposit forms part of the final payment. Balance payment is to be paid in full on your pick-up day.

In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will be refunded unless the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the start of the reservation. No deposit refund with less than 30 days prior notice.

In case of a full reservation payment, less than 30 days prior notice will receive 75% of payment refund.

Cancellations with over 30 days prior notice will receive a full deposit / payment refund. Reimbursement will be in the same method as client’s deposit payment method.

Any retained deposit amount, with cancellation notice over 72 hours, will be held as credit and can be applied to a future rental within 1 year.

“No-Shows”, or same day notice will be charged the full amount for the rental period, up to a maximum of 3 rental days. Motorcycle will be held for 1 hour past scheduled pick-up time.

Should the customer not be present for pick-up at the place and time specified on the reservation, no refund is applicable no matter the reason (including medical reasons) and any claims need to be submitted by the customer to the customer’s travel insurance company.

If we should fail to pick up the customer, the customer (or the hotel reception) must call our phone number no more than 15 minutes after the specified pick up time. Should you claim that you were at the place and time specified in the reservation and we have not received a telephone call from the customer, no refund is applicable.


Insurance Policy

All vehicles are covered by basic liability insurance (RCA) in accordance with existing laws that cover damage caused to third parties. The basic insurance is included in the rental price. It offers third party insurance and in the unfortunate event of an accident, the driver gets up to 6000€ in medical care.

The validity of the insurance cover is subject to the Renter’s compliance to all the stated requirements.

The Renter is not covered by insurance in the following cases:

1 – For damage to the rental vehicle caused by an accident in which the Renter is responsible (crash).

2 – When the vehicle is used for illegal purposes, for speed racing or any kind of contest.

3 – When the hired vehicle is driven under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

4 – For damages caused intentionally or by failure to observe the road safety regulations, or by negligence on the part of the Renter.

5 – For damages of civil liability and property damage to third parties and anything beyond the policy limits.

6 – For damages caused by theft and fire. This responsibility is conventionally limited, except in the case of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Renter, for a maximum amount that varies according to the rental vehicle and is referred to as “excess” in the lease agreement. The damages are the sole responsibility of the Renter in the event of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Renter and in cases where the insurance does not fully compensate the damage. Moto4Fun may, at its sole discretion, refuse to grant a replacement vehicle in the case of theft, fire or serious accident to the rental vehicle, regardless of the reasons which led to the event.

We also offer extended insurance, to which you are free to upgrade. The extended insurance is 10 Euros/day and it will give you a maximum liability (franchise) of 1000 Euros for the 125cc motorcycles and KTM Duke 690, 2000 Euros for the rest and 3000 euros for the BMW 1200GS 2017. Extra insurance coverage can be contracted previously to rent, but is optional.


Unavailability Policy

Reservations are highly recommended to insure availability and the preferred motorcycle of your choice. We guarantee the type of motorcycle and make every attempt to provide your preferred choice, but do not guarantee a specific motorcycle’s availability. We cannot guarantee year or color.

If the motorcycle type you chose becomes unavailable, we will offer you a similar type or upgraded motorcycle at no additional charge.

If the substituted type is unacceptable, you may cancel with a full refund. This is the limit of our responsibility to you.


Terms and Conditions

Our opening hours are between 9 am and 7 pm, from Monday to Sunday. The return of all equipment must be made during this period or an additional day will be charged for each day’s late return.


Use of the motorcycle

The renter accepts the motorcycle in good condition and commits himself/herself to return the bike in equally good condition and to ride the bike respecting the rules and obligations outlined in Spain’s laws, as well as committing himself/herself:

  • Not to adjust or manipulate the mechanical parts of the motorcycle.
  • To park the bike in a manner that is safe for pedestrians and in a place where theft is minimized (e.g. no dark alleys).
  • To return the bike to Moto4Fun at the time and date indicated on the contract. A late return will be charged as an extra day.
  • To be responsible for any loss or damage to the equipment which, at all times, remains the exclusive property of Moto4Fun. Extra insurance coverage can be contracted previously to rent, but is optional. In case the equipment is lost, destroyed or damaged beyond repair, the renter agrees to pay the value to replace the equipment. The replacement charge will be determined by Moto4Fun and charged at the time of the rental.


Charges for use / Insurance

We recommend that you are adequately insured. We are not responsible for your own illness or injury or for damage or loss of your personal belongings while riding the motorcycle. It is also recommended that this insurance covers you in the event of cancellation of your reservation.

The renter agrees to pay for the rental of the motorbike and any additional fee that is applicable for any mistreatment of the motorcycle.


Repairs and maintenance

In case of a breakdown, don’t abandon the motorcycle. You should contact us immediately to arrange the exchange of a motorcycle of equivalent or superior quality.


Accidents and release of liability

The client agrees that he/she will release Moto4Fun from any and all responsibility of liability for injuries or damages to the user of the equipment listed on this form or to any other person.

The client accepts full responsibility for the care of the equipment and agrees to freely and expressly assume and accept any risks to the user of this equipment while riding.

In no event shall Moto4Fun, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorised access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.



If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your payment including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card and your billing address.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.

The service may employ the use of third party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your payment at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your reservation or other reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your payment if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Note: credit card information is entered on a secure page, and transferred using SSL or other secure technology.

The prices of Moto4Fun are subject to change without prior notice. However, we will respect the price at the time of making the reservation, even if the prices changed before your pick-up day.


Privacy Policy

The information collected on this page for the realization of your reservation is only used to facilitate your transaction in order to have the best experience with Moto4Fun.

Moto4Fun will not disclose any personal information to any third party without the knowledge and consent of the client. The detail of a client’s reservations is not revealed as external personnel, except when it is necessary to review the reservations of the client in question.



Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

Moto4Fun SL and its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.



We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.


Responsibilities of the client

The client is responsible for his/her passport and driving license validity, travel insurance and any other documentation required.

Moto4Fun offers motorcycle rental services that require responsible driving by all participants at all times. All participants are fully aware of the risks involved and assume full responsibility. It is the responsibility of each customer to make sure of his / her ability or physical condition to drive the motorcycle.

Moto4Fun does not hold responsibility for its customer’s lack of judgment while operating our motorbikes and reserves the right to refuse customers if they are not or do not have:

  • Experience in driving motorbikes
  • Above 21 years of age
  • A valid motorcycle driver license

The management of Moto4Fun reserves the right to disqualify any person(s) whose conduct and/or actions proves negligence or abuse of the motorbike and/or equipment. No refund or reimbursement will be granted under these circumstances.

The client is solely responsible for any physical, emotional, mental and/or material damage caused to him/her or a third party and relieves Moto4Fun and all its employees of any responsibility.

Moto4Fun denies any responsibility for any adverse effects relating to the health of the participant or caused to a third party during the rental period or subsequently appearing as a consequence of the rental.

Moto4Fun is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of personal items during your rental period.

By renting a motorcycle from us, you are acknowledging that you have read our terms and conditions and that you agree to be bound by them.

Do you have special Rental Discount Programs?

Online reservations paid in full receive automatically a 5% discount.

Group discounts typically for 3 or more bikes rented at the same time.

Tour and travel agents, please call for special pricing.

Is it mandatory to wear a helmet?

Yes, for your own safety, and our company safety rules, you and your passenger are required to wear a certified helmet at all times when you ride our motorcycle. We can provide you with a helmet free of charge.

Can I bring and use my own helmet?

Yes, we always recommend you bring your own helmet for best fitment and comfort. Ultimately it is your decision. The helmet must meet the safety standards.

Do you provide motorcycle clothing?

We can provide you with jackets and gloves. The sizes we carry are limited.

Are the motorcycles routinely inspected?

Yes, every motorcycle has a safety and mechanical inspection prior to every rental. All motorcycles are maintained and our technicians are very well acquainted with all rental bikes. Your safety is our #1 priority.

Can I pick-up or return the motorcycle after hours?

Yes, we can make special arrangements depending on the availability of the motorcycle.

Can I return the bike later than agreed in the contract?

Overtime charges will be applied when the scheduled return time goes past the 24 hour rental period. This must be arranged in advance, prior to your scheduled return and is subject to motorcycle availability.

Late charges will be applied when you return the motorcycle past your scheduled return time without prior notice and approval.

What happens if I am running late past my scheduled pick-up time?

Please notify us as soon as you realize you are going to be late and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please understand that we may not be able to extend your return time, as the motorcycle might be scheduled for another rental as soon as it returns. You will still be responsible for the full rental fees as per your reservation.

What are the requirements for making a reservation?

  • You must have a valid physical motorcycle license form the state or country where your driver’s license is issued.
  • You must be over 23 years old and your driving license must have more than 2 years. Special arrangements may be made if renter is over 21.
  • We recommend at least two years of experience on motorcycles of 1000cc or greater. If you have less experience we also rent out smaller motorcycles up to 1000cc, which are lighter and also easier to handle for an inexperienced rider.   • You must have a major credit card, Visa or MasterCard.
  • In order to secure your reservation, we require a deposit of 25% which can be paid by card or PayPal.

What happens if you do not have the motorcycle I reserved?

What do I do if I have a mechanical breakdown?

We do our very best to insure that breakdowns do not happen. If you have a breakdown or you feel the motorcycle is unsafe to operate, make a phone call to our emergency phone and we will take care of the problem.

Does my personal insurance cover me on a rental motorcycle?

It seems to vary widely between the Insurance Companies. If you own an insured motorcycle, you MAY be covered on a rental motorcycle. You need to check this with your insurance. But for acceptance, we will need a written statement from your insurance.

Do I need additional insurance?

This is entirely up to you.
